This is my blog and I here I will be posting on a few different topics... mainly Martial Arts, Traveling, Meditation and Nutrition.
Why have I created the blog? Because I love writing and by writing I allow myself to reflect deeper about certain moments of my life and revisit them further down the line. I also hope that by writing I can pass on a bit of information and inspire you to, at the very least, spend a day with a smile on your face.
